Accounting Authority (AAIC )

Accordance with the ITU radio regulations, it is necessary for each ship station to have an internationally recognized accounting authority. All maritime communications traffic must be prefixed with the officially recognized accounting authority identification code (known as an AAIC) for the accounting authority responsible.

Service activation is the term that defines the formal process of registering a new or modified Inmarsat terminal, also known as a mobile earth station, for service on the Inmarsat network. Ship Security Alert System [SSAS]

The Ship Security Alert System (SSAS) is a safety measure for strengthening ship’s security and subduing acts of piracy and/or terrorism against shipping. Widely Acknowledged as a part of the International Ship and Port Facility Security Code (ISPS code), the Ship Security Alert System (SSAS) complements the International Maritime Organization (IMO)’s attempts to increase maritime vessel security. 

We provide the SSAS services either through SAT C or a stand alone unit based on customer requirement.
